The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme for retiring Agniveers is designed to equip former Agniveer personnel with a strong foundation in business management, organizational leadership, entrepreneurship, and modern business practices. The programme integrates theoretical knowledge with practical learning, enabling students to develop managerial competencies, make informed business decisions, and apply contemporary management principles across diverse professional and organizational environments.

The curriculum develops essential competencies in principles of management, business economics, financial accounting, business statistics, marketing management, human resource management, organizational behaviour, financial management, and business research methodology. Students are progressively introduced to management information systems, business analytics, quantitative techniques, digital business applications, and production and operations management, preparing them to understand and manage organizations in an increasingly technology-driven business environment.

Emphasis is placed on practical business applications, computer-based laboratory learning, financial analysis, advanced spreadsheet applications, business communication, negotiation skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship development. The programme builds upon the leadership, discipline, teamwork, adaptability, and operational experience acquired during Agniveer service, facilitating a structured transition into civilian management careers, entrepreneurial ventures, and business leadership opportunities.

The programme also incorporates business ethics, professional communication, entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy, and interdisciplinary learning, preparing graduates for career opportunities in business administration, operations management, human resource management, marketing, financial services, business development, entrepreneurship, and technology-enabled business operations. It also establishes a foundation for higher education, including MBA programmes, professional certifications, and continued career advancement in management and business leadership.

Industry Skill Development & Placement Assistance

From the Third through Fifth semesters, students shall undertake integrated, industry-oriented skill development courses designed to enhance their technical competencies, practical expertise, and professional employability. Agnimitra Welfare Foundation (AWF), in collaboration with its industry and institutional partners, shall provide placement assistance and career guidance alongside these skill development initiatives.

Programme Fee

The total programme fee for the three-year BCA. degree is ₹1,80,000, equivalent to ₹60,000 per annum. This comprehensive fee covers academic tuition, campus immersion activities, and integrated industry skill development courses, providing students with a structured and affordable pathway to engineering education and professional development.

Designed in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the programme offers a flexible learning framework that enables students to pursue a degree awarded by Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), a State Government Technical University, while continuing their professional employment, subject to applicable academic requirements.
